Rabbits have very strong back legs built for jumping and running away from predators at speeds up to 45 kilometres per hour. A rabbit's front teeth never stop growing, so they need to gnaw on hay, vegetables, and toys to keep them worn down. Carrots are a tasty treat for pet rabbits, though their main diet is grass and hay.
Coloring ideas: make the bunny white, grey, brown, or even spotted to look like different rabbit breeds. Color the carrot bright orange with darker orange stripes along its body, and use two shades of green for the leafy top. The little grass tufts can be light and dark green.
Toddlers love coloring the big ear shapes and the round carrot. Try naming each body part as you color for extra learning. Older kids can add a simple background with sky and more flowers.
